This role is responsible for identifying, managing, delivering and implementing local Customer Experience projects and change aimed at delivering consistent Customer outcomes.

The role contributes to and actively participates in the wider Customer Experience Directorate leadership team to ensure a consistent application of all internal policies and procedures whilst demonstrating role-model behaviours.
