4 Step approach to improve Sales Performance:

Step 1:
Sales Status Review

Analysis in one week identifying the strengths and weaknesses of your sales and market organisation by examining the 10 steps in the sales chain that takes the product or service to the market. The output is a score card and graphical representation highlighting where improvements can be made.

Step 2:
Problem Diagnosis

To gain insight into Company,Product & Staff to quantify problems and potential solutions. Produce a structured analysis over 3 weeks looking at each part of the sales process that is performing sub-optimaly and providing an easy to see output that identifies the changes that are needed to improve revenues.

Step 3:
Improvement Plan

To prioritise and plan for effective resolutions to immendiate identified problems,creation of an agreed action plan to make the required changes and taking the first steps to implement solutions.These are to be short term or urgent. We also define any fundamental problems and provide a detailed implementation plan with improvement targets.

Step 4:
Implementation

To oversee and fully assist in transformation and implementation of accepted recommendations. Thereafter,working with the Company to make the longer term changes required to give a successful stable sales organisation which gives sales growth.
